Job Description

The Supervisor oversees daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth staff performance, and adherence to company standards. The role involves supervising wait staff, bartenders, kitchen assistants, and support staff to deliver a high-quality guest experience in a busy hospitality and nightlife environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas.
• Monitor food and beverage service quality and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Assign duties, prepare staff schedules, and ensure adequate staffing levels.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
