Farm Inventory Control Officer is responsible for managing, tracking, and safeguarding all farm inputs, equipment, tools, and harvested produce. The role ensures accurate stock records, minimizes losses, and supports smooth farm operations by maintaining proper documentation and timely supply of materials.
Responsibilities
- Receive, record, and store all farm inputs (seeds, fertilizers, chemicals, feeds, tools,
- Keep accurate daily records of stock in and stock out.
- Monitor the usage of farm materials to prevent shortages, waste, or theft.
Requirements
- Knowledge of farm inputs, machinery, and produce handling.
- Strong record-keeping, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.
