The Security Officer will be responsible for safeguarding the lives, property, and assets of the restaurant, staff, and guests. The role requires vigilance, discipline, and professionalism to ensure a safe and secure environment, especially given the busy nightlife setting of Casablanca.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and vehicles.
- Conduct routine patrols around the premises (indoor and outdoor).
- Maintain order during peak hours, events, and nightlife operations.
- Ensure compliance with access control and prevent unauthorized entry
Requirements
- Must be physically fit, alert, and observant.
- Basic knowledge of security operations and emergency procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
