Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Level Sales Head to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing strategic initiatives, expanding our market reach, and ensuring that company targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales management, and exceptional closing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive high performance and accountability.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a sales management or executive leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
