Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Mid-Level Manager to oversee daily operations and elevate guest experiences at our hospitality establishment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, ensuring operational efficiency, and resolving guest inquiries or issues promptly. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proven background in hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and performance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels, handle feedback, and resolve complaints professionally and swiftly.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate ordering, and oversee vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, scheduling, and budget tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel, restaurant, or general hospitality operations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
